CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders require a 4 - 8 week wait time depending on various factors such as material, cost, gemstone availability, supplier timeframes and design aspects. 

If you wish to order a custom filthyy piece please email us at filthyyjewellery@gmail.com to arrange a quote.
In your email please include the following to get us started:
- Gemstones and colour preference (if required)
- Metal choice; Sterling silver, 9ct gold etc.
- Approximate budget
- Ring size (if applicable)
- Bold statement piece or dainty intricate piece
- Any inspo pictures from our previous work

Please note custom orders begin at $200 and will go up depending on design choices, gemstones and metal. We require a 50% deposit prior to making your custom piece. This deposit is non refundable. 

It is important to consider we do not make custom pieces that reflect other artists work. You are welcome to share images for inspiration, however we will not copy pieces from other artists and jewellers. Our customs will be made with our filthyy design aspects and themes and we have the right to decline a custom piece if it resembles other jewellers work or doesn't align with our style. We hope you can understand this. 

We are currently not accepting customers personal jewellery items for recreating designs (i.e your heirloom gold or gemstones) as we do not believe it aligns with our practise at this time, nor do we have the production space and tools to be able to do so. However, we can recommend some amazing local jeweller friends who may consider this for their custom work so please contact us if you require such recommendations.

We believe everyone deserves nice jewellery and we do our absolute best to make jewellery that is as affordable to everyone. Sterling silver, of course, is a precious metal that still cost money despite being on the lower end of the price range compared to other metals such as gold. However, we can always work around a tight budget by creating daintier, smaller pieces and using things like nano or lab grown gemstones and also found glass.
