SHIPPING & RETURNS

It is important to note that each filthyy jewellery item is made by hand, therefore all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind.  All orders purchased from our "Absolutely Vuglar" collection, as well as our sale section, will be shipped within 3-5 business days. If you have purchased from our "Everything Sucks" collection, please allow 2-3 for make time as these pieces are made to order. You will receive a tracking number via email after your item has been shipped. If you require your order by a certain date, please enquire prior to purchase and we will do our absolute best to make it happen.  All orders are shipped via Australia post and express post is optional upon checkout.
