Shipping policy

All Filthyy jewellery items are made by hand with love and sometimes made to order in Naarm Melbourne. Please allow 3-5 business days for items described as "Ready to Ship" and 2-4 weeks make time for "Made to Order" pieces. Please allow additional shipping time frames depending on the shipping location you have provided. Items will be shipped once payment is received. All purchases made will receive a tracking number via email or phone number provided. We do not currently ship world-wide and are limited to shipping Australia wide only. Please be patient with us as we endeavour to allow world wide shipping in the near future and contact us if you have any issues with this. 
Please know we do our best to wrap and package your purchased item and we will not be held responsible for any damages that occur in transit to your delivery address. We will not be responsible if the customer has put incorrect delivery instructions/address in upon checkout. It is up to the customer to be responsible for their purchases online. We will not be held accountable for missing items once it has been shipped from our Melbourne based studio. The customer is responsible for shipping fees (standard or express postage) and occasionally a local pick-up option will be granted from our studio located in the northside of Naarm/Melbourne, Victoria. This must be authorised by us and communicated via email. Customers must understand that this option is not always available and will be decided at our convenience as we have the right to decline this request.
Please consider that we are not responsible for delayed items due to Australia Post experiencing large numbers of packages. Busy periods throughout the year, such as Christmas or holidays can oftentimes cause delays and this is out of our control. It is up to the customer to consider such factors when purchasing. We hope you can understand.
