ORGANIC RING MAKING WORKSHOP

~ Saturday the 3rd of October 3pm-5:30pm~

Explore the art of organic ring making with Filthyy. 
Perfect for beginners, this relaxed 2.5 hour workshop introduces you to the ancient technique of lost wax casting. 
You'll design and handcraft your very own ring from jeweller's wax, learning the process from concept to creation.

Experiment with organic forms, textures and shapes to create a piece that's uniquely yours. Once your design is complete, your wax model will be professionally cast in solid 925 sterling silver, polished with your choice of finish, and ready to collect in the weeks following the workshop. Please allow 4-5 weeks for your ring to be cast and polished. Once it's ready, you'll be notified for collection or postage can be arranged. 


Please note:
The workshop fee includes a standard-size ring. If inspiration strikes and you'd like to create a chunkier style, you're welcome to upgrade on the day for an additional fee (roughly $30-$80 dependant on the amount of silver required.) Gold casting is available upon request, however please get in touch prior to booking for a quote.

This workshop focuses on the lost wax casting process and does not include stone setting. Gemstones are not used in this class, and personal gemstones cannot be incorporated into your design. If you'd like to book a class that incudes gemstones, please click here.

This workshop is suitable for ages 16 and over. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who must also hold a valid ticket.
